I will be glad to refund your money for any item that you are not completely satisfied with. The item MUST be returned within 14 days in its original unused condition. Returns which arrive after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Of course I will always correct my errors if any. Please remember that the slight imperfections resulting from the use of natural stones enhance the beauty of the pieces, and is not considered error.
